  • Developed a custom Unix-like shell (msh) in C, utilizing fork(), exec(), and wait() for process management while implementing command piping, output redirection, and the cd built-in
  • Integrated advanced shell features including a history log with re-execution capability, command path searching, and signal blocking for SIGINT/SIGT

SIMULATED STORE DATABASE

  • Designed a relational diagram to simulate real-world store interactions between employees, items, vendors, orders, and customers
  • Built an SQL database based on the relational diagram that stored specific data (i.e employee name and id, vendor, etc.)
  • Used PHP and HTML to create an online database that allowed the user to insert, remove, and update item information
